eTail Palm Springs, organised by World Business Research (WBR), is an omnichannel and digital marketing event that will take place between 28 February and 2 March 2022.

The conference, which will be held at JW Marriot Desert Springs Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, will be attended by more than 1,500 e-commerce and omnichannel retail professionals. Retail professionals including founders, CEOs and vice presidents will share ideas in over 30 hours of discussion groups and roundtables. Attendees will also be able to listen to transformation stories and network in person.

“eTail breaks through the clutter of conferences and networking events – to discuss the most important topics facing digital marketers and brands today,” said Divya Gugnani, co-founder and CEO of Wander Beauty.

Featured keynote speakers over the three-day event will include Chris Rupp, executive vice president, chief customer and digital officer at US-based grocery chain Albertsons, who will discuss what retailers can learn from the grocery industry’s digital transformation. In addition, Theresa Palermo, senior vice president and marketing and connected commerce at Signet Jewelers, will share the lessons the brand learned after adopting connected commerce, while Office Depot’s chief retail officer Kevin Moffitt will talk about combining humanity and technology to create the future of retail.

Other speakers will represent companies such as Bolt, Dell, Gap, Lush Handmade Cosmetics, Outlines and SmileDirectClub. Meanwhile, exhibitors will include Amazon, Coca-Cola, Nike, Target, Walmart and more.
