Microsoft partners showcased how artificial intelligence, Dynamics 365 and other solutions are helping organisations make the most of their Microsoft business applications at Community Summit 2023, which took place on 15-20 October 2023 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

With digital adoption continuing to be a main focal point for organisations, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary tools and training. ClickLearn, a provider of digital adoption solutions, showcased its AI-powered software training for Microsoft Dynamics. The User Experience Panel will help new and existing employees to increase their corporate knowledge through learning in the moment of need with assistance from an AI-driven help chat.

Meanwhile, other Microsoft partners demonstrated how their solutions can help organisations better communicate with their customers. Experlogix showcased its suite of applications including Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Experlogix Document Automation and Digital Commerce, and how the solutions integrate with Dynamics 365 for a more seamless experience for users.

There was also a wide range of talks delivered by Microsoft partners. For example, Kevin Holland, director of client experience at Argano, gave a walkthrough of the capabilities of Dynamics 365 Sales Insights and discussed the importance of using AI to help sellers build and sustain good customer relationships.

LBMC Technology Solutions hosted nine sessions. For example, Sandy Wickman, senior business consultant, hosted a panel of partners, experts and customers that answered questions on the financial aspect of Dynamics GP, then hosted a session on how business leaders can control inventory with Dynamics GP software. Meanwhile, Bryan Wilton, vice president of sales, shared a session designed to help new users to the Dynamics GP system.

“Maybe [new users] who joined a company or organisation that uses Dynamics GP have received some on-the-job training, but I wanted them to come away with some ‘tips and tricks’, or shortcuts, on how to drive and navigate through the software,” said Wilton during the session.

Forvis Business Technology Services was also at the event and hosted 17 sessions for attendees, covering topics such as identifying opportunities for Microsoft Power Automate and using Dynamics 365 to create sales and marketing alignment.

Meanwhile, Insight Works delivered a presentation outlining how its range of applications and barcode technology work with Business Central and help to optimise operations, and Metaviewer demonstrated how its AI-enabled accounts payable automation solution can benefit business operations and save time.

SignUp Software also hosted a session that explored ExFlow, its accounts payable automation solution for Dynamics 365, while enVista, which recently launched its Microsoft Application Management service, gave several keynote speeches about making the most of Dynamics 365 and boosting development skills.
