Cloud-based compensation software provider beqom has launched its total compensation solution exclusively on Microsoft Azure. The solution will provide end-to-end compensation management for Fortune 500s around the world, including the Microsoft Worldwide Incentive Compensation (WWIC) team, Murphy USA, Pepsico and Barclays.
“The world’s largest companies manage the compensation of their employees on beqom,” says beqom CEO Fabio Ronga. “To meet this need without compromise, beqom had to rely on an enterprise cloud platform with the required flexibility, scalability, reliability and, most importantly, compliance with the strict governance and security standards such organisations have – which is why beqom chose to develop its total compensation solution on Microsoft Azure.”
The total compensation solution has allowed the WWIC team to credit billions of data points across all sellers at unprecedented levels of scale and speed, providing Microsoft employees with immediate benefit and insight into their compensation and performance-based incentives data.
“Re-platforming seller incentives is a huge undertaking in any company, and for the size and complexity that Microsoft represents, it was an unbelievably difficult task. Doing so would not be possible without working with the beqom team,” said WWIC general manager Mamata Bhopatkar. “With beqom, we are able to scale at speeds that we’ve never experienced before and doing that on Microsoft Azure gives us the agility and flexibility we need as well. It’s a huge win for us.”
Running the total compensation solution on Azure has also helped beqom customers to provide employees with immediate benefits and insight into their compensation and performance-based incentives data. Currently, the platform manages US$300 billion in compensation for more than three million users, across more than 160 countries.
