HP selects Microsoft CRM Online to boost sales and partner engagement

Microsoft and HP have entered a new agreement which will see Microsoft Dynamics deployed to thousands of employees across the HP organisation.

Microsoft Dynamics will help HP boost its sales, marketing and service operations.

HP will also be able to harness the power of Azure, Office 365 and other Microsoft Cloud solutions as part of the partnership.

“We have chosen Microsoft Dynamics as our CRM solution for our direct selling, partners and services,” said Jon Flaxman, chief operating officer, HP. “This brings us a cloud-based solution that delivers a more effective and efficient collaboration engine across our business.”

HP is committed to transforming its sales and partner environment, with the aim of increasing productivity and collaboration. By adopting these Microsoft solutions and platforms, the company will enable a more integrated sales experience for its sales reps and channel partner community.

Office 365 will provide HP’s marketing professionals with an immersive productivity experience, while Power BI will deliver powerful business insights and predictions to HP’s workforce.

“HP continues to innovate in its customer engagement, with the tools and business processes it provides to its employees and partner community and, of course, the products and services it delivers,” said Judson Althoff, executive vice president of worldwide commercial business at Microsoft. “We share this dedication to digital transformation with HP and are incredibly proud to work with it as it delivers amazing technology experiences to people around the globe.”
