ICS Solutions has released the latest version of its FLEX software, which offers a fully featured self-service digital workplace for Microsoft Office 365.
The new software allows users to capitalise on all the capabilities of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, while removing complexity and training requirements thanks to its intuitive interface and virtual digital workplace.
“We recognise that most organisations are made up of different types of users, with typically only 20% being tech savvy and able to confidently navigate Office 365 and SharePoint’s native platforms without extensive training,” said Martin Neale, CEO of ICS. “With FLEX we cater for all user’s abilities by providing a simple smartphone user experience and a virtual digital workplace giving users a single, easy to use place for all their digital work.”
FLEX has been used by a number of mid-market and enterprise customers since 2014, including WaterAid, Sunderland City Council and the University of St Andrews. ICS Solutions is now looking to move FLEX into the small to medium businesses (SMB) sector.
“We have already seen great success and momentum within the Enterprise marketplace and are excited to announce the launch of the refined FLEX proposition for the SMB market,” said Neale. “Now all small businesses will be able to benefit from the full capabilities of Office 365, with FLEX tailoring the solution to meet their needs. Pre-built templates are provided for easy collaboration, simple content creation and communication is surfaced via the intranet and the virtual digital workplace provides a single place for users to go to access all their digital work. Simply, FLEX is developed to address the challenges Office 365 and SharePoint offer whilst using its power to the fullest to make business life easier.”
