Cloud software-as-a-service provider inQuba has launched the inQuba Journey Cloud on the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. The move will enable customers to leverage the scalability, reliability and agility of Azure to drive application development and shape business strategies.
inQuba Journey Cloud Azure services Synapse Analytics and Azure AI to provide customer journey analytics and customer experience management in one platform. According to inQuba, it orchestrates “the delivery of compelling and engaging customer journeys resulting in increased conversion, better retention and better upsell and cross sell”.

The inQuba solution enables users to capture and better understand customer journey data. Clients include First National Bank, Capgemini USA, Goodyear Australia and Virgin Active.
