Employee experience firm isolved is helping to transform workforce management with its new isolved People Cloud for quick service restaurants (QSRs).

isolved provides human capital management technology for a variety of restaurants and food-service owners. With its new People Cloud, the business aims to solve some of the specific issues facing QSRs, including employee turnover, changing compliance requirements and staffing shortages.

“QSRs have been hit hard over the last few years, first with forced closures, furloughs and redundancies from Covid-19 mandates, and now with inflation and ongoing staffing shortages that negatively impact the customer experience,” said James Norwood, executive vice president and chief strategy officer of isolved.

The People Cloud for QSRs will help users to improve recruiting and retention, human resource productivity, scheduling and wage access. As a result, this will also provider customer and employee experiences, while decreasing business costs.

According to a recent study of isolved’s total economic impact by Forrester Consulting, the firm has provided a 277 per cent return on investment over three years for the businesses it currently works with by helping to streamline workforce management.

“Having a product suite and partner like isolved has ensured my franchise locations can operate efficiently with the right staffing, at the right location, at the right time,” said James Negre, owner and operator at McDonald’s Indiana franchise. “isolved understands a QSR’s needs and has the software and solutions to address them. It is unique in comparison to most of my vendors.”
