Junction Solutions has completed the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 at Fanzz, a leading retailer of sports apparel and team gear.
One of the fastest growing sports retailers in the US, Fanzz sells its products through websites and 122 stores across the nation.
Based in Salt Lake City, US, Fanzz has gone live with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 for Retail R2, including applications such as core financials, product management, purchasing and retail point of sales (POS).
The company selected Dynamics AX 2012 to support its growth and standardise its POS and enterprise resource planning systems to a single platform, helping to aid integration with its retail stores, e-commerce, merchandising, customer service, warehousing and financials.

Fanzz will use the new software to streamline its business processes across a range of channels, as well as providing 360-degree visibility for each process of the customer experience.
