K3 Retail has partnered with Eagle Eye Solutions to enable its retail customers to issue and validate real-time digital offers and rewards at the POS across multiple channels.
K3 will integrate its Microsoft Dynamics solution with the UK-based digital consumer engagement specialist’s Eagle Eye Air platform, which comprises campaign marketing, issuance, redemption and reporting components.
Consumers receive a unique code via text messages, e-mail and app notifications, enabling them to redeem offers and rewards at in-store or online POS using keypad entry or near field communications.
Enabling retailers to engage more effectively with their customers, the Eagle Eye Air platform helps to increase loyalty and footfall, while eliminating fraud and lowering operating costs. The solution will also generate real-time data about how many rewards have been issued and redeemed successfully, providing retailers with improved insights into consumer activity. This data can then be used to personalise offers in future digital marketing campaigns.
