NRF Retail Converge: depth of a workshop, breadth of a conference

The National Retail Federation’s (NRF) new virtual event – NRF Retail Converge – will take place on 21-25 June. Designed with cross-functional teams in mind, it will cover disciplines across all major facets of retail, including marketing, digital and data analytics, supply chain, cybersecurity technology and more.

The event features speakers from organisations such as Walmart, CVS Health, Qurate + Zulilly, Crate & Barrel, and Amazon; innovators such as Spotify, Stitch Fix, thredUP and Wayfair; and start-ups including Guesst, ByReveal, Nimbly and Recurate. 

At the main stage, retail executives will share insights on topics including socio-economic impacts on global retailing, collaborative partnerships as growth opportunities, business transformation challenges and success stories, retail’s role in health, wellness and a safer population, the power of diverse, equitable and inclusive workforces, and leadership principles for the next era of capitalism. 

In the Feature Stage sessions, attendees can find out more about topics relevant to their roles and those where other functional areas might intersect with their responsibilities. Sessions in these ‘tracks’ will explore loss prevention and asset protection, cybersecurity, supply chain and sustainability, and technology leadership. 

The virtual event will also feature product demos in the NRF Retail Converge Marketplace, roundtable discussion groups, sponsor-produced educational sessions, and Exhibitor Big Ideas sessions.
