ParkMe Parking update adds real-time city parking availability

Parking information and reservations solution provider ParkMe has updated its Windows Phone app, ParkMe Parking, so that it now offers real-time information about parking space availability and integrates better with Cortana.

ParkMe’s database currently provides information about parking spots in more than 500 cities, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Seattle and Washington DC. It delivers informative maps of nearby parking lots and garages so you can compare rates and prices.

With the update, users can now find out in real time exactly how many parking spots are available in a particular area. They can then get directions to that spot and, once parked, they can set a timer so they don’t overstay or overpay.

The ParkMe Parking app is available for free from the Windows Phone Store.
