K3 Retail is to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX to enable The Garden Centre Group to become an omnichannel retailer.
The group, which operates 139 garden centres across England and Wales, will replace its existing legacy financial and merchandise systems, including back-office and buying systems, with the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform. This will enable it to modernise its approach and improve customer services. The platform can also be scaled to support future expansion.
