Retail operations solution provider Sensormatic Solutions, will be exhibiting its new analytics solutions at EuroShop 2023

The firm, which is owned by building technology organisation Johnson Controls, will be showcasing its digital operating platform Sensormatic IQ, which combines its portfolio of products.

This includes Inventory Intelligence, which uses cloud-connected radio frequency identification technology to track merchandise from source to store to delivery and ensures product availability. Its loss prevention and liability solution will also highlight how stores can leverage insights and analytics to improve shopper and associate safety, while automating time-consuming tasks.

In addition, Sensormatic Solutions will demonstrate its shopper experience offerings solution, ShopperTrak Traffic Insights, and how the multi-sensor technology can highlight critical touch points to enrich engagement and create personalised experiences, alongside its Computer Vision solution. The latter helps users to drive store performance by prioritising flexibility, increasing productivity, optimising labour and enhancing omnichannel strategies such as ‘click and collect’.

“Shopper preferences have evolved over the past few years and retailers have demonstrated incredible adaptability in the face of a shifting industry,” said Kevin Viravec, president at Sensormatic Solutions. “Initial investments in digital transformation have shown retailers the benefits of a data-led strategy and how these insights can boost shopper experiences while facilitating operational excellence.”

EuroShop is taking place on 26 February – 2 March 2023 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
