Vertafore launches new CRM system for the insurance industry

Vertafore has launched a new customer relationship management system built on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

Vertafore Agency SalesTrack is customised for independent insurance agents, and integrates with Vertafore’s AMS360 agency management system to help centralise customer information and increase visibility into the key performance indicators (KPI) that impact insurance sales.

The new solution will provide agents with a competitive edge and enable them to improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, maximise deal profitability, and better align with the customer buying process.

“Built on Dynamics CRM, Vertafore’s Agency SalesTrack solution addresses the key challenges insurance agents face today,” said Tom Feher, US financial services industry director, Microsoft. “Working with the rich features and capabilities of Dynamics CRM, Vertafore’s SalesTrack solution provides a 360-degree view of their production pipeline as well as the details needed to service clients. This increases agent productivity by eliminating duplicate data entry, enabling agents to not only meet their sales quota, but also provide exemplary service to their clients.”

As well as supporting sales operations, Vertafore Agency SalesTrack provides agents with the infrastructure required for ongoing account management. Also, due to the integration with AMS360 and the view of the entire customer journey, the need for duplicate data entry is eliminated.

Furthermore, thanks to the fact the system is highly customisable, agents are better placed to meet the needs of producers and managers, with personalised dashboards to display individually tailored KPIs, open leads, and sales target progress. Aggregate views of team and campaign performance are also available.
