Duck Creek’s policy and billing solutions to help US insurer to diversify products and expand business
US-based Safepoint Insurance Company has selected Duck Creek Technologies to modernise its core property and casualty insurance systems.
The residential and commercial property insurance company, which serves customers in Florida and Louisiana, will use Duck Creek’s policy and billing solutions to improve operational efficiencies. The new systems will also support new product development that will allow Safepoint to diversify its range of insurance products and services, and expand its business to additional US states.
