Armor Defense’s new Intelligence Platform is helping security teams to make decisions up to 95 per cent faster and analyse threats more than eight times faster.

The Armor Intelligence Platform was designed by the Microsoft partner to detect and respond to emerging threats in real time, while also mimicking human investigative reasoning.

Powered by AI, the platform checks if something is a real security threat or not, before human experts being able to double-check the results. The system can also automatically sift through tonnes of different data sources to find signs of possible cyberthreats, add useful context and help security teams analyse threats.

“Traditional security operation centres (SOCs) are drowning in data but starved for actionable insights,” said Chris Stouff, chief security officer at Armor. “The Armor Intelligence Platform does not just automate workflows – it replicates human expertise at scale, ensuring every decision is both rapid and defensible. We have dramatically improved our SOC analyst decision-making speed, with average mean time to decision dropping from 15 minutes to an impressive 40 seconds.”
