Software company Cincom and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM consultancy firm Purely CRM have entered into a partnership to help business customers implement Cincom’s cloud-based configure-price-quote system – CPQSync – and realise greater value from their Microsoft Dynamics 365 software.

“Purely CRM’s expertise in Microsoft Dynamics helps Cincom CPQSync to expand outside of manufacturing,” said Susan Fine, director of channels at Cincom. “We are thrilled to partner with Purely CRM to help businesses realise the full value of their Dynamics 365 software investment.”

Cincom says that CPQSync takes “the frustration out of buying and selling complex products and services” by leveraging the solution’s Microsoft-native software and synchronising various business elements such as data and departments to improve collaboration and understanding of data across the business.

“We are extremely happy with our decision to work with Cincom,” said Marty Hall, managing director at Purely CRM. “Its rich legacy in the CPQ space combined with our knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform make for a very compelling partnership. We have no doubt that customers will benefit greatly from our combined experience and expertise.”
