Happit, a single-click learning service, has been named Microsoft’s 2018 Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Solution of the Year in Finland due to its capability to enhance cloud adoption by focusing on people’s motivation and competencies.

Happit’s single-click learning service helps users through a ’Happ’ icon that can be clicked on and off in order to navigate complex management systems.

“Happit is an excellent way to support every user in their learning processes in all industries,” said Jarkko Lainio, partner development lead at Microsoft Finland. “New applications are constantly being deployed, but if users don’t have the motivation to learn how to use the them organisations don’t achieve the full potential of technology. Happit helps in this by providing instant help for users from the application’s user interface.”

Finalists were chosen from over 2,600 entrants based on the ability to support Microsoft’s ecosystem with innovative service. Happi’s own customer study on the media industry found that 98% of users prefer Happit over traditional training when it comes to learning how to use cloud-based software.

“Being named as a Microsoft ISV Partner Solution of the Year in Finland is a significant recognition for our customers through our partner ecosystem,” said JP Wirta, head of partnerships at Happit. “With Happit we are determined to address the biggest issues of IT industry: how to ensue adoption of new working habits as digitalisation of the business world continues. For Microsoft service providers this means new opportunities to consult, train and develop their customers’ solutions.”

At the start of 2018, Happit raised €1million (US$1.17million) funding from Business Finland to accelerate internationalisation, and within six months it has established a growing partner network in Microsoft ecosystem.

Happit also capitalised on Microsoft’s updated strategy to promote more user adoption and technology consumption by helping its partner network change their skill set.
