Artificial intelligence (AI) company and Microsoft partner ICS.AI will be holding a free webinar at 3pm on 14 July to share the value of local councils using its AI Omnichannel Citizen Engagement Platform to improve citizen satisfaction and communication.
During the one-hour session, ICS.AI will demonstrate how the platform can help councils achieve cost and efficiency savings. Attendees will also hear from James Marshall, head of customer and communications at Southampton City Council in the UK, as he discusses Southampton’s successful partnership with ICS.AI.
