Jabra has introduced a new range of expandable meeting room kits designed to make high-quality video collaboration simple for organisations of all sizes.
The PanaCast Room Kits are built to provide a unified and scalable video system that adapts to different room sizes and layouts. Designed with a plug-and-play approach, the kits can be set up quickly without complex programming, specialist room design or technical tuning.
The room kits combine intelligent video, room-filling audio and flexible expansion options to ensure everyone in the room – and joining remotely – can clearly see and hear each other. The solutions are supported by the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform, helping organisations integrate them smoothly into their existing Microsoft-based collaboration environments. They are available in configurations with one, three or five cameras, allowing organisations to choose the right setup for small huddle spaces through to larger boardrooms. Each kit is designed to function as a complete system from day one, while also allowing teams to expand their setup as needs evolve.
At the centre of each kit is the new Jabra PanaCast 55 VBS, an intelligent all-in-one video bar. The device combines cameras, speakers and microphones into a single unit and uses AI-powered voice detection to reduce background noise, echo and static. It captures a 180-degree panoramic view of the room and automatically frames participants, helping remote attendees feel more engaged and included. Expanded connectivity also allows the video bar to support additional audio devices and multi-camera configurations.
To enhance sound coverage, the kits include the new Jabra PanaCast SpeakerMic, an audio extension designed to distribute clear, professional-quality sound throughout the room. It captures voices evenly across seating positions and includes integrated meeting room controls, ensuring conversations remain natural and balanced regardless of where participants are sitting.
For larger or more dynamic spaces, the kits incorporate AI-driven multi-camera systems powered by Huddly Crew. Using multiple vantage points, the cameras automatically track the active speaker and adjust the view in real time. Intelligent director modes can focus on the person speaking or highlight group interaction, creating a more immersive and engaging experience for remote participants.
Together, the components form an Android-based solution that is easy to deploy and manage, enabling organisations to standardise meeting experiences across multiple rooms and locations.
“Meeting spaces today need technology that supports people in a natural and unobtrusive way,” said Holger Reisinger, senior vice president of Jabra’s video business unit. “With Jabra PanaCast Room Kits, we focused on creating room experiences that feel balanced and inclusive from every seat. By combining intelligent video with high-quality audio, we help organisations build spaces that support more natural interaction and confident participation.”
