Microsoft Ignite will be held at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California, USA, from 17-21 November 2025.
The event includes an optional pre-day on 17 November, followed by three and a half days of experiences, sessions and opportunities designed to strengthen attendees’ skills and help them build connections and explore emerging technologies.
Attendees will hear from Microsoft executives and other leaders on their vision for AI. Microsoft spokespeople will include chairman and CEO Satya Nadella, executive vice president and chief commercial officer Judson Althoff, and chief technology officer Mark Russinovich.
Key themes will include modernising data estates to build a foundation ready for AI-ready infrastructure, seeing what’s possible with Azure AI apps and agents, eliminating silos with AI-powered tools, and protecting sensitive data and supporting compliance across digital estates.
Plus, attendees will get hands-on experience with AI, security and IT solutions.
The pre-day is for demonstration labs and sessions. Attendees can learn about a variety of topics ahead of Ignite, such as adding AI to existing apps running on Azure Container Apps, unifying data and building AI solutions with Microsoft Fabric, and securing and simplifying Windows Server. The labs are designed to provide hands-on experience with technologies and an opportunity to test cloud solutions from Microsoft and its partners.
Ignite is also a chance to connect with Microsoft experts, partners, executives and customers. Over 14,000 Microsoft partners and customers attended Microsoft Ignite 2024 in Chicago, with 200,000 more joining online.
