Cloud communications platform provider Infobip is helping brands to move from static, rules-based workflows to deliver dynamic marketing, sales and customer support with its new Conversational Experience Orchestration Platform (CXOP).

Built on Microsoft Azure OpenAI in Foundry Models, CXOP uses agentic AI to bring together customer data across channels like WhatsApp, rich communication services and web chat to understand context, act autonomously and seamlessly collaborate with teams.

It helps businesses to reduce response times and service costs through automation, increase lead conversation and campaign performance with real-time personalisation, and support hybrid teams with complex cases.

“Using agentic AI instead of a rules-based automation, Infobip’s new CXOP is an enhancement for customer experiences,” said Myladie Stoumbou, senior director of independent software vendor partnerships at Microsoft. “Available within the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, clients can access such certified products and eliminate the complexity of managing individual vendor relationships.”
