US-based convention will focus on risk modelling, as well as operational and enterprise risk management

The Center for Financial Professionals will be hosting the 7th Annual Risk Americas 2018 event at Marriott Downtown in New York City, US from 17-18 May 2018.
More than 400 risk and regulation professionals are expected to attend to engage in panel discussions and hear presentations from over 80 chief revenue officers, global heads, and heads of risk from major global financial institutions.
The 2018 convention will also offer four separate work streams. The first will focus on innovation in risk management, while the second will explore liquidity risk and funding and the third will centre on risk modelling. The fourth stream will be about enterprise risk management and operational risk.
