Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella will deliver the opening keynote at the National Retail Federation (NRF) 2020 Vision: Retail’s Big Show in New York City, US in January.
Microsoft has participated in NRF’s annual convention for over 20 years and works closely with retailers all over the world to help them digitally transform their operations. From driving the future of groceries with supermarkets like Coles, Kroger and Walmart, to reimagining personal healthcare with Walgreens Boots Alliance and helping coffee chain Starbucks personalise the customer experience, Microsoft’s solutions in cloud, data, artificial intelligence, mixed reality and the internet of things help retailers transform.
“At NRF 2020, we’re bringing together the brightest and most influential leaders from around the world who have a clear vision for the retail industry’s future,” said Matthew Shay, president and CEO of NRF. “Satya Nadella will kick us off with an inspiring session on how Microsoft’s success is built around a purpose-led culture and business model.”
He will join a host of senior executives from other industry players such as Ajay Banga from financial services corporation Mastercard, Erik Nordstrom from fashion retailer Nordstrom and former speaker of the US House of Representatives Paul Ryan.
