Unified Communications Expo (UCX) London will be held at ExCeL London between 14-15 October 2026. The event is for professionals looking to implement unified communications and collaboration technologies.
The theme for this year’s event is ‘From Practise to Proof: Building Trust, Confronting Risk, Innovating with Intention’. UCX London is co-located with the Digital Transformation Expo (DTX), a business transformation event, giving attendees access to a broader ecosystem of technology, insight and senior decision-makers across AI, cybersecurity, data, cloud and IT strategy.
At UCX London, visitors will be able to attend sessions where speakers talk about successfully improving the customer experience by deploying AI, the convergence of AV and IT, strategies to implement secure agentic AI and more.
The two-day event is designed for those that want to optimise their unified communications-as –a-service and contact centre –as-a-service stack, improve data to enhance experiences or harness the latest in automation and AI.
