Zammo.ai will showcase its agentic AI platform Zammo Agents in a live theatre session and hands-on demonstrations at Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 (SCEWC26), which will take place in Barcelona, Spain, from 3-5 November 2026.

SCEWC26 marks the first global showcase of Zammo Agents, a no-code platform that lets city and county staff, not developers, build AI agents in plain language and run them inside an agency’s own Microsoft Azure tenant. The platform has been designed to deliver “modern, always-on” citizen services across voice, chat, SMS and web. According to Zammo, platform users have reported 73.6 per cent of citizen service requests resolved by AI, without staff intervention, and over 5,400 staff hours freed annually for higher-value constituent work.

“Every city leader we talk to has heard the AI pitch,” said Alex Farr, CEO of Zammo. “What they haven’t seen is their own staff building something real in minutes. Barcelona is where we stop describing it and start showing it.”

Zammo will run a demo station inside the Microsoft booth during all three days of the event, as a partner featured in the ‘Deliver personalized government services’ area. At the booth, Zammo will build a citizen service agent live and the team will connect it to real backend systems, give it the agency’s own look and voice. It will be published to a web chat and a phone line in minutes to allow visitors to test it and hear it answer in their own language, while running securely inside the agency’s own Microsoft Azure tenant.

“We wanted a session where nobody has to take our word for it,” said Stacey Kyler, managing director of Zammo. “You don’t need to imagine what this looks like at your agency. You can try it yourself.”

The platform will also be featured on the Microsoft partner stage on 3 November. Attendees will watch a Zammo agent open a work order across siloed city systems, then see a new agent built from scratch on stage, in plain language, and published to web chat and a phone line in a 20-minute session titled ‘Agentic AI for city services, built live on stage’. In the session, Kyler, and Zammo’s director of product, Patrick Gilligan, will aim to answer a question every city is asking: ‘what does it actually take to move an AI idea into a live resident service?’.

“People expect a canned demo,” said Gilligan. “We’re building it live because that’s the whole point. If we can do it on stage in twenty minutes, a 311 manager can do it at their desk.”

Zammo Agents is available in Microsoft Marketplace.

If you can’t make it to Barcelona, you can schedule a custom demo via Zammo’s website.
