Zensai is set to begin piloting its new agentic AI coaching platform in Q4 2026, with a broader release coming in Q1 2027. Built natively inside Microsoft 365, the platform provides context-aware coaching to employees while they are working.
Zensai will be showcasing the new release at HumanX Amsterdam. The event is taking place from 22-24 September 2026 at RAI Amsterdam and brings together global AI leaders to discuss what comes after the age of AI adoption.
Through its integration with Microsoft 365, Zensai brings agentic AI coaching together with learning, performance and engagement data, using information across the Microsoft ecosystem to provide personalised guidance.
The coach can identify areas for development, recommend relevant learning and provide guidance based on an employee’s role, skills, goals and performance.
“Everyone talks about the age of AI, but without contextual intelligence, AI is table stakes,” said Robin Daniels, chief business officer at Zensai. “The organisations that win will be the ones whose AI actually understands their people, their skills, goals and priorities and how they align to organisational priorities. That’s the age of context, and it’s what makes our agentic coaching so unique and powerful. We’re excited to deliver context-aware agentic AI coaching at scale to employees everywhere, giving organisations the ability to continuously develop their people as they grow at a price point that's affordable for all.”
Zensai’s new agentic AI coach is built as a standalone product to enhance the core Zensai Human Success platform, which combines learning, employee feedback and performance management, with those capabilities built into Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams and Copilot.
“We’re moving into a world where simply having AI is no longer enough,” said Rasmus Holst, CEO of Zensai. “The real opportunity is in redefining work using AI and context to help people perform at their best. We are uniquely set up to deliver that since we have been exclusively focused on delivering cutting edge solutions in the Microsoft ecosystem for over a decade with millions of users around the world. The next chapter of Human Success is about making coaching a daily habit for millions of employees everywhere.”
