Bulgaria-based warehouse system provider iFD Engineering Joint Venture has launched its new app Pick by Voice, which is now used by German wholesale business Ermuri Genuss Company.
The voice-controlled app is integrated with iFD’s advanced warehouse management solution, which is based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Pick by voice uses speech recognition to recognise human speech, leaving the operator’s hands free to handle goods. As a result, manufacturing processes can be sped up, making the picking process more efficient and improving the user’s accuracy.
