Richard Humphreys |

More than 467 innovations have been submitted by 183 financial services institutions from 59 countries for this year’s Efma-Accenture Innovation Awards programme, which will take place on 25 October in Rome, Italy.

Efma has selected 48 of the best innovations in eight categories for the initiative, which seeks to reward the most innovative projects in the global retail financial services sector.

Both Efma members and non-members can vote for the winners in each of the eight categories by visiting www.efma.com/innovations/nominees and selecting their top three innovations per category. Votes must be cast by 29 September.

Winners will be announced at the Efma-Accenture Innovation Awards Ceremony on 25 October.

Attendees will also be able to vote for the Best New Product or Service live at the event. Each nominee will have seven minutes to pitch and demo their innovation, plus a three-minute interactive Q&A session with the audience to convince on-site attendees and live broadcast viewers.
