Microsoft partner Enghouse Interactive will hold a webinar on 5 November titled Building a collaborative contact centre with Microsoft Teams. At the virtual event, attendees can learn more about how an effective communication solution can improve the customer experience and improve operational efficiencies and increase brand loyalty. 

Attendees can hear from various expert speakers about their experiences and best practices. Jeremy Payne, vice president of Enghouse, will discuss how contact centres must adjust to a more hybrid way of working, and Tina Shepherd, a Microsoft Teams technical specialist, will explain how the collaboration platform can be integral to this. Also speaking is Brian Gahan, head of IT at Flogas – an Enghouse customer. He will share his experience from working with Enghouse to create a robust and efficient customer service operation on Teams.
