Coretek has acquired Total Solutions with the aim of improving its portfolio of Microsoft-centric solutions and services.

Total Solutions is a provider of AI, data and Power Platform solutions, which will be combined with Coretek’s expertise in AI enablement, security and cloud managed services.

“As demand for secure AI adoption and intelligent data platforms continues to surge, Coretek is investing in the talent and tools that help organisations turn complexity into clarity,” said Ron Lisch, CEO of Coretek. “Total Solutions has built a respected, customer-focused business, targeted for AI-based solutions, and we’re thrilled to welcome their team as we scale our impact across multiple industries.”

The acquisition will allow Coretek to strengthen its offerings in application modernisation and development, while Total Solutions will have broader access to Coretek’s portfolio of services.

“Joining Coretek allows us to bring even more value to our clients,” said Matthew Fleszar, CEO of Total Solutions. “We’re excited to expand the solutions we can offer, from advanced security and data strategy to enterprise-scale AI, while continuing to deliver the personalised service our clients trust.”
