Clas Ohlson selects JustEnough to enhance planning capabilities

Clas Ohlson, a Sweden-based hardware, home and leisure retailer, has selected JustEnough Merchandise Financial Planning and Microsoft Dynamics AX to improve its retail planning processes, helping it to provide its customers with the best product availability and service.

“In today’s increasingly competitive retail environment, we needed a solution that would enable us to be more proactive and flexible in order to increase our speed-to-market,” said Magnus Höjman, supply chain director at the Clas Ohlson. “We chose the JustEnough solution in part because it logically follows the merchandising process of budget planning for categories and selecting assortments in each sales channel with related spacing, pricing and promotional activities. We also chose it for its simple-to-use, logical user interface in combination with its advanced merchandising features.”

JustEnough Merchandise Financial Planning allows merchandise planners to handle anything from building financial plans to creating open-to-buy budgets. Using the solution, Clas Ohlson will be able to more accurately predict demand and forecast future inventory levels, enabling the best possible customer service.

“Clas Ohlson’s expanding business requires it to strategically and effectively plan for all of its channels,” said Malcolm Buxton, JustEnough’s CEO. “JustEnough Merchandise Financial Planning will allow them to easily plan across multiple channels and locations and improve the replenishment and allocation processes, providing a competitive advantage.”
