CloudJumper, a software and services company, has chosen to sell its Cloud Workspace Management Suite (CWMS) through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, with the aim of improving the mobility and productivity of business computing.

The integrated CloudJumper and Microsoft solution delivers all the elements required to use Windows Virtual Desktops on Microsoft Azure for employees to improve the mobility and productivity of business computing environments.

CWMS supplies and manages Windows workspaces in Azure with full Office 365 integration. Users can access a fully interactive desktop in the Azure cloud or stream RemoteApp applications to a local device. CWMS creates and oversees Remote Desktop Sessions (RDS) and Windows Virtual Desktops (WVD) with full integration to the Office 365 suite and access to files stored in OneDrive or Azure Files.

According to a press release from CloudJumper, with customised adaptation to the Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop solution, administrators can eliminate complexity while improving efficiency for the IT solution partner and business customer. The solution is also scalable, allowing for expansion or contraction of virtual desktops as needed. CWMS provides a unified management and oversight for the administrator, reducing maintenance and enhancing functionality.

“2019 will be here soon and analysts are forecasting widespread adoption of cloud-based desktops and applications by organisations globally in the coming year,” said Max Pruger, chief revenue officer at CloudJumper. “CloudJumper is working with Microsoft solution providers and other IT solution providers to help administrators capitalise on the efficiencies, cost savings, and high productivity rates promised by these solutions.”
