Technology company Geomant has launched a new recording service for Microsoft Teams. The Microsoft Azure-hosted solution uses recording software from Verint to offer compliant communications monitoring and a training and quality management tool.

With many employees working from home and using Microsoft Teams to collaborate internally with colleagues and externally with clients, Geomant’s Teams Recording service enables managers to review interactions to improve consistency and quality of customer service.

“Given our long-standing partnership with both Verint and Microsoft, we are ideally placed to assist organisations in their adoption of Microsoft Teams,” said Ákos Vécsei, CEO of Geomant. “Geomant can help organisations to get the maximum return on investment from their Microsoft 365 teamwork solution all while utilising the latest recording technology to improve compliance and quality of service.”

While the service is hosted in Microsoft Azure data centres, there is also a hybrid option where data and recordings can be stored on-premises. As a subscription-based offering, it is also quick to deploy and can scale the number of users from month to month depending on an organisation’s current needs.
