Dell Software has added new analytics reporting functionality to its Unified Communications Command Suite.
Designed as a cross-platform unified communications (UC) analytics solution, Dell UC Command Suite 8.1 can compare usage trends and insights across Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, Lync and Microsoft’s new enterprise communication tool Skype for Business.
These insights will enable businesses to increase user productivity, encourage adoption, protect sensitive information, increase return on investment and plan for future growth and migrations.

In addition, UC Command Suite 8.1 can help companies with capacity planning and demand forecasting as they plan to migrate from Lync to Skype for Business, or to Office 365 and Exchange 2016.
