eTail East: encouraging digital transformation in retail

eTail East will be hosted at The Sheraton, in Boston, Massachusetts, between 8 and 10 August 2022. The event is designed to help attendees increase business profits through an agenda of networking opportunities with fellow retailers and digital transformation success stories.

Attendees will hear from founders, CEOs, vice presidents and those  in customer-facing roles in more than 30 hours of presentations, panel discussions, case studies, roundtables and more.

Featured keynote presentations include ‘Accelerating technology innovation for tomorrow’s retail customer’, with Brian Tilzer of Best Buy; ‘Fast tracking digital transformation for the optimal grocery experience’, with Chris Rupp of Albertsons Companies; and ‘Developing emotional connections with your clients’, with Cheryl Kaplan of M.Gemi.

Global retailers will exhibit at the event, including Adidas, Coca-Cola, L’Oreal, Nike, Walmart and more.
