Delegates from the Finnish government will share their insights on the digitisation of healthcare
The 2022 HIMSS European Health Conference & Exhibition will bring the European healthcare community back together in Helsinki, Finland, on 14-16 June 2022.
The event invites senior executives, healthcare providers, IT professionals, government officials, consultants and suppliers to share their knowledge and expertise in healthcare digitisation and health-technology solutions.
“As vaccination programmes start demonstrating tangible and optimistic results, and countries across Europe can turn their attention to recovery plans, national digital transformation programmes need to factor in a new key objective to build back stronger and more resilient health systems,” said Armin Scheuer, vice president and executive director for Europe and Middle East at HIMSS.
Attendees will be able to hear from more than 120 international health information and technology experts and attend more than 60 live sessions.
Speakers include representatives from the Finnish, French, German and Dutch governments as well as national healthcare providers and the World Health Organization.
The conference sessions will cover a variety of key themes including digital maturity, data-driven integration, the capitalisation of new funding for digital transformation, digitally empowered workforces, artificial intelligence, person-enabled health and the encouragement of digital health start-ups.
Exhibitors such as Accenture, GE Healthcare, HP, Microsoft, Omnicell and Siemens Healthineers will also showcase products and solutions at the event.
