Holland & Barrett adopts JustEnough Promotion Management solution

Vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements retailer Holland & Barrett International has implemented JustEnough Promotion Management to help improve its promotional planning and forecasting.

Thanks to JustEnough’s solution – which runs on Microsoft technology – will allow Holland & Barrett to be more strategic when it comes to promotional planning. The system issues promotional forecasts that will help ensure inventory is available to meet promotional demand.

“As a growing omni-channel retailer, our promotional campaigns continue to become increasingly complex,” said Ray Aldis, director of Projects, Holland & Barrett. “We had outgrown our internal spreadsheet-based solution and needed a new system that would standardise and streamline our promotional planning business process across the organisation. We selected JustEnough Promotion Management for its ease-of-use, flexibility and robust functionality.”

The system is helping improve Holland & Barrett’s time to market, and Aldis added: “We are pleased to have found a system that will help us plan promotions that attract new customers, increase revenues and reduce marketing costs.”

“We are delighted to provide Holland & Barrett a highly configurable solution that can manage the inherent complexity of promotion planning,” said Malcolm Buxton, president and CEO, JustEnough. “Our Promotion Management solution is enabling consistent, workflow-based planning and reporting processes that will enable them to elevate their promotions to the next level to meet their business objectives.”
