Audio equipment firm Jabra has launched the Evolve2 75 headset. Featuring Advanced Active Noise Cancellation and high-quality microphones, Jabra says that it aims to help employees “excel at work” by improving productivity in hybrid working environments.
The latest range of enterprise headsets has been designed with hybrid environments in mind, with “comfort, concentration, collaboration and insights at its core”.
Among the headset’s features are fully adjustable Jabra Advanced Active Noise Cancellation, eight-microphone technology, an ergonomic earcup design for improved ventilation and reduced ear pressure, and a dedicated Microsoft Teams button. The headset has been certified for use with all major unified communications platforms.
“Our goal for every addition to the Evolve Series is not to simply create a new headset, but to set a new standard,” said Holger Reisinger, enterprise solutions lead at Jabra. “That’s why we look at all aspects of the product during development in order to get to the best audio experience imaginable. With the combination of our groundbreaking new dual-foam technology, an improved headband and a revolutionary new ‘comfort pattern’ design, the Jabra Evolve2 75 provides incredible noise isolation and comfort for an all-round improved audio experience that feels as good as it sounds.”
The new range aims to reflect a change in how employees work, with Jabra’s latest research showing that 85 per cent of knowledge workers said being confident in their audio, video and connectivity allows them to excel at work.
Also new is a shorter microphone boom arm, which Jabra says give users “even greater flexibility and better-sounding audio”. The arm is intended to cut out ambient sound in open-plan offices and loud, busy indoor areas. In addition, the Evolve2 75 includes a ‘Busylight’ with increased 360-degree visibilty to indicate to colleagues that a user needs to focus.
