Collaborating with other industry leaders, Microsoft and VeriPark created the open source data model for banking that will make it easier for customers and partners to build innovative banking solutions.
The new model allows VeriPark to have a consistent and defined data structure to generate insights and actions to help customers become digital leaders by improving their customer experience and retention. On top of that, VeriPark has extended the Microsoft banking data model to incorporate additional data entities, including insurance.
Microsoft Dynamics provides the foundations for VeriPark’s customer relationship management solution VeriTouch and the new Microsoft banking data model underlies VeriPark’s entire suite of customer experience solutions, including VeriChannel's unified omnichannel delivery, VeriLoan's intelligent loan origination, VeriBranch's innovative branch automation, among others.
