Anywhere365 launches new Partnership and Ambassador Program
Partners will gain the information and tools they need to sell, deploy and support Anywhere365’s solutions

Anywhere365, which provides a cloud-based dialogue management and contact centre platform for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, has launched a new Partnership Program. It has been designed to provide partners with all the information and tools they need to successfully sell, implement and support Anywhere365’s solutions for enterprises worldwide.

The Partnership Program has three levels – Certified, Premier and Partner of Excellence – to enable partners to choose whichever best aligns with their business strategies, competencies and corporate goals. Once partners have completed the customised onboarding and training processes, they will gain access to a self-service Partner Portal, marketing development funds and co-branded demand generation assets, including marketing materials. They will also be invited to attend webinars, events and regular workshops led by Anywhere365’s technical experts.

In addition, Anywhere365 has also introduced an Ambassador Program to allow partners to nominate members of their technical and sales teams for awards that recognise their knowledge of Anywhere365’s solutions and other achievements.

“Our partners are central to our business and success; we have worked closely with them on the development of the programme to ensure their interests are aligned with our framework,” said Erik van Arkel, global head of partnerships at Anywhere365. “Everything, from the product itself, through to onboarding and the programme, is set up to fully support and empower partners. I'm very confident that it will benefit our partners and strengthen our working relationships.”

Symity, which brings together Microsoft Teams phone systems, contact centre and meeting room products to create a single communication solution, is one of the partners that has joined the Partnership Program.

“We enjoy the close and open reciprocal partnership with Anywhere365,” said Chris Goodwill, Modern Workplace Sales Specialist at Symity. “We’re standing together to enable our customers in new and better ways of working with Microsoft Teams. Our vision in working together is always to ensure the highest quality solutions and service for our clients. Anywhere365 products align perfectly due to their native integration and roadmap with Microsoft Teams.”
