Barco, Sennheiser, Logitech and Huddly are working together to deliver better meeting experiences

The firm’s recent collaborations across the Microsoft partner ecosystem are strengthening its Teams Room solution, says Barco’s Oliver Van Camp

Over the past decade, the way teams collaborate has shifted dramatically. From bring-your-own-device (BYOD) setups to fully integrated room systems, the tools we use for meetings are no longer just about technology – they shape how ideas are shared and decisions are made.

Across 13 years, ClickShare has evolved into far more than a simple solution for “cutting the cable”. It demonstrates how wireless collaboration is evolving from a convenience into a central part of how teams engage and make decisions. Technology should empower teams to work smarter, freeing them to focus on discussion, creativity and decision-making rather than constantly adapting to new systems.

For years, wireless BYOD collaboration solutions set the standard for seamless, intuitive meeting experiences. Now, as meeting spaces evolve from ad-hoc setups to fully integrated, intelligent environments, we are extending that same DNA of simplicity, reliability and security into the room-system market. ClickShare Hub represents the next phase of this evolution – a room system device built to unify experiences, reduce complexity and future-proof meeting spaces. It brings the user experience into a new era, enabling organisations to modernise their collaboration ecosystems with confidence.

ClickShare Hub is one of the first modular video conferencing room systems built on Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP), a new milestone in Barco’s growing partnership with Microsoft. It combines simplicity, reliability and a seamless user experience to unify meeting spaces. Standardising room systems across sites can ease IT pressure and reduce compatibility issues – a practical consideration as organisations scale hybrid work.

Starting a hybrid meeting has never been easier – with a simple tap on the ClickShare Control Panel, meeting participants can start their hybrid meeting using Microsoft Teams as the video conferencing platform for the room system. The next-gen ClickShare Button makes wireless sharing of 4K content from anywhere in the room effortless and cable-free. With Wi-Fi 6E, the system can support increasingly complex hybrid meeting setups without frustrating delays or dropped connections – a capability that’s becoming essential as remote collaboration grows more intensive.

Today’s workplace evolves quickly. New room layouts, new collaboration styles, or even entirely new office designs can emerge without warning. That’s why you need a system built not just for today, but for what’s next.

ClickShare Hub is built to adapt and grow with you – its flexible, modular design fits any room and any way of meeting. You’ll benefit from ongoing firmware updates, keeping your setup aligned with the latest technology trends and improvements. And to back it all up, we offer a robust three-year warranty for long-term peace of mind.

Meeting technology is all about making hybrid meetings seamless, and that means working with the best in the business. That’s why ClickShare is expanding partnerships with Sennheiser, Logitech, and Huddly to bring certified room system bundles to life, all built around the ClickShare Hub.

Collaboration among hardware and software providers illustrates a trend in the industry: seamless hybrid meetings increasingly depend on integrating multiple technologies in a way that works out of the box. Together, we’re strengthening the ClickShare ecosystem and making it easier than ever to equip every meeting space – from huddle rooms to large boardrooms – with the right technology.

Working with partners who share our commitment to quality, interoperability and user-centric design is at the core of what we do. Each partner brings something unique to the table. Sennheiser, for example, contributes its audio expertise with video bars that include Dante connectivity, a professional audio-over-IP technology that simplifies installation and enables flexible audio distribution.

Meanwhile, Logitech brings a proven track record in meeting room peripherals, with high-quality video and audio solutions that are easy to deploy and scale. And Huddly delivers scalable, AI-powered audio-video solutions that grow from small to large rooms with seamless multi-camera expansion. Its modular hardware and upgradable software make deployment, use and scaling easy.

As one of the first wireless room systems built on MDEP, the ClickShare Hub Core, together with the Sennheiser TeamConnect Bar S, sets a new benchmark for flexibility, simplicity and performance in hybrid collaboration.

This bundle will be certified by Microsoft as a Teams Rooms solution for small meeting rooms in the coming months.

Leveraging the capabilities of MDEP, ClickShare Hub Core ensures enterprise-grade security and compliance. Its next-gen ClickShare Button makes sharing content effortless in any meeting scenario, whether you’re joining a hybrid call or presenting in-room. Employees and guests alike can share content on the meeting room display in seconds, with no hassle. Tailored for small meeting rooms, this modular room system combines Barco’s wireless conferencing and presentation technology with Sennheiser’s advanced audio and video capabilities.

Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Bar S delivers crisp audio and dynamic video, with four beamforming microphones, two high-quality speakers and advanced AI-powered features, such as auto-framing and person tiling. This bundle delivers meetings where every participant is seen, and every voice is heard. Easy to use, it fosters collaboration and unites teams in an engaging meeting environment.
