Community Summit 2023 will provide attendees with a range of training and educational sessions about Microsoft business applications on 15-20 October 2023 in Charlotte, North Carolina. 

The event is aimed at industry professionals looking to familiarise themselves with Microsoft products and new innovations and will offer a range of keynotes and networking opportunities. 

Alfredo Ramirez, general manager of go-to-market at Microsoft, will be hosting a keynote speech on why now is the right time to invest in artificial intelligence. Other speakers will include Julia Landauer, a race car driver for NASCAR and motivational speaker, who will be discussing the role of women in racing and technology, and Olof Hedin, CEO of SignUp Software. 

The expo floor will host over 225 solution providers and Microsoft partners including Avanade, Cavallo, ClickLearn, Experlogix, Mazars and RSM, all of which provide solutions to help businesses optimise their Microsoft technology implementations. 

There will be over 600 educational sessions focused on new innovations, including AI, Power Platform and enterprise resource planning. 

Community Summit will also host an AI summit preconference and a partner preconference on 16 October. The AI summit will focus on helping attendees understand where, why and how AI technologies, including Copilot, should be applied to drive business results. Meanwhile, the partner preconference will help Microsoft partners work through the ecosystem and make the most of their partnership.
