Participants can learn from experts at the Microsoft Business Applications event

By Elly Yates-Roberts |

Now in its 16th year, Community Summit North America 2020 will provide attendees with over three days of community-sourced content and connections.

Delegates can learn from subject matter experts in over 400 sessions, which will cover new functionalities, productivity advice, and previews of the latest Microsoft offerings. They can also discover more about artificial intelligence and third-party independent software vendor innovations.

The event organiser Dynamic Communities says that “content is tailored for all levels of the organisation, from introductory classes for product novices to advanced technology strategy and execution best practices”.

There are three types of passes that attendees can use to join the community at Summit: a Community All-Access Pass, which includes carte blanche access to the entire event plus a Technology Certificate; a Community Plus Pass, which includes entry to up to five spotlight sessions from each product group and access to two Microsoft Community engagement forums, the Expo Hall and Keynote; and a Community Pass, which is free and includes access to the Expo Hall and Keynote.

The virtual format will include live educational classes, interactive keynote presentations, a live chat feature to talk to speakers during their sessions, a virtual expo hall with live chat and instant meetings, and an event community page to interact with peers and share insights. Summit also offers a Needs Matching Programme designed to connect participants with a partner specialising in their area of need.
