Crossware has added new features to its Mail Signature solution that leverage the tools and services of Microsoft’s Azure platform.

Mail Signature has been updated with a new user interface and now includes a drag-and-drop function, the ability to see all signature blocks in one place, and drop-down menus to simplify the set-up of complex rules, among other features.

“Our new signature designer will allow companies to create and track multiple email signature banner campaigns for the delivery of internal messages to staff and to customers,” said Per Andersen, managing director of Crossware. “It is sophisticated enough to manage multiple campaigns across different segments of recipients and can change the content of the messages in real time based on the subject line or content of the email. At the same time, we can help ensure that every email sent from a company device is compliant with international regulations.”

The solution is available in Crossware's standard offering in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace, the online store providing applications and services for use on Azure. The Microsoft Azure Marketplace will enable Crossware to deliver its solution to customers in multiple industries.

“Microsoft Azure Marketplace lets customers worldwide discover, try, and deploy software solutions that are certified and optimized to run on Azure,” said Jake Zborowski, general manager of Microsoft Azure Platform at Microsoft. “Azure Marketplace helps solutions like Crossware Mail Signature reach more customers and markets.”
