eTail Palm Springs 2023 is taking place from 27 February to 2 March 2023 in California, USA. The event will bring together senior executives from across the retail sector to discuss e-commerce challenges and the digitalisation of retail.

The four-day conference will include more than 30 hours of discussions, roundtables and networking events featuring leaders from retail brands such as Kohls, Banana Republic, Kendro Brands, Bissell, Boxed, ELF Cosmetics, Kendra Scott and Walmart.

Discussion points will focus on addressing the e-commerce challenges arising from digitalisation and the changes brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. Topics will include personalisation and contextualised experiences; bringing the in-store experience to digital and vice versa; understanding the role of physical retail in a customer’s omnichannel journey; fostering long-term loyalty with customers gained during the pandemic; staying connected with customers; and competing and partnering with marketplaces and big box retailers.

The event is focused on highlighting opportunities for retailers and aims to provide actionable strategies so that businesses can build profits.
