JourneyTEAM will hold its first Dynamics 365 Sales Sherpa programme on 15 August 2022.
The company, a specialist in Microsoft Modern Workplace, Azure and Business Applications implementation, has created the new Sherpa programme to help businesses deploy Dynamics 365 Sales.
JourneyTEAM will build on its experience of previous Sherpa programmes to offer a quick-start, guided implementation approach, working closely with businesses to identify organisation-specific goals and needs so the platform is customised to meet them.
Dynamics 365 Sales Sherpa will take place as a virtual course over seven weeks, with support provided by JourneyTEAM developers and architects during and after adoption.
Businesses will get an in-depth look at Dynamics 365 Sales and its features as well as insight into how their sales and order processes can be improved. They will also receive one-on-one sessions with JourneyTEAM’s architects, scheduled office hours with senior consultants for advice, and access to a community of others implementing Dynamics 365 Sales.
The six workshops from JourneyTEAM cover a range of topics, including solution management, customer management, data collection, collaboration tools, setting up the lead-to-cash sales process, effective reporting, and more.
