Senior leaders from the retail, finance and critical infrastructure industries will gather in London, UK, this November to explore how they can move beyond AI experimentation and scale adoption across their businesses.

The creators of London Tech Week will host three targeted events to help business leaders share practical insights into how organisations can overcome the challenges of embedding AI into their operations. More than 150 attendees are expected to participate in each individual event.

Taking place at Royal Horseguards Hotel on 16 November, AI in Retail will bring together technology, digital commerce, customer experience and business transformation professionals to discuss what an AI-native retail organisation looks like. Conversations will focus on automating workflows, deploying intelligent agents, connecting data platforms and improving decision-making across customer journeys and retail operations.

The following day, senior technology leaders from banks, fintechs and regulatory bodies will head to the Royal Horseguards Hotel for AI in Finance. The agenda will explore how financial institutions can deploy agentic AI safely, modernise legacy infrastructure, strengthen governance and deliver personalised customer experiences.

The series of events will conclude on 24 November with AI in Critical Infrastructure at 240 Blackfriars. Senior decision-makers from the energy, water and digital infrastructure sectors will examine how AI can support predictive maintenance, real-time resource management, cybersecurity and operational resilience amid the transition to renewable energy.

All three events will offer case study-led sessions, interactive and closed-door roundtables, and curated one-to-one meetings to give attendees opportunities to exchange ideas and meet solution providers.
