Replit, a software company that enables natural language application, is integrating its Agent platform with a wide range of Microsoft infrastructure services as part of its mission to democratise software development for all.
Replit’s platform will integrate with Microsoft Azure Container Apps, Azure Virtual Machines and the Azure native integration of Neon Serverless Postgres, which will soon enable customers to develop applications on Replit, deploy them to Azure, and purchase Replit directly via the Azure Marketplace.
“Our mission is to empower entrepreneurial individuals to transform ideas into software- regardless of their coding experience or whether they’re launching a startup or innovating within an enterprise,” said Amjad Masad, CEO and co-founder of Replit. “Forward-thinking companies are already using Replit to rapidly prototype, build internal tools and address unique business challenges with custom software solutions.”
The integration aligns with Microsoft’s goal to empower every person and organisation on the planet to achieve more.
“At Microsoft, we believe every person and every organisation should be empowered to achieve more through technology,” said Deb Cupp, president of Microsoft Americas. “Our collaboration with Replit democratises application development, enabling business teams across enterprises to innovate and solve problems without traditional technical barriers. Our relationship exemplifies our commitment to making powerful development tools accessible to everyone.”
