Sennheiser has launched DeviceHub, a new Microsoft Azure-based platform designed to enable organisations to remotely monitor and manage all their networked Sennheiser devices in one place.
IT teams can access DeviceHub via any browser and use it to organise networked Sennheiser audiovisual (AV) devices by room, building or geographical region in a way that reflects real-world environments. This enables them to remotely view devices in context and easily navigate between locations, regardless of where they are based.
DeviceHub monitors device status in real time, sending performance alerts and diagnostic information to IT teams so they can address technical issues before they disrupt meetings, classes or other collaborative sessions.
In addition, DeviceHub has a local web graphical user interface, which allow IT teams to set up single devices via a browser, reducing software needs during installation.
The platform, which is secured by role-based access and multiple authentication methods, makes AV system management more efficient on a larger scale and improves collaboration.
“By bringing secure, cloud-based control to the entire ecosystem, we’re giving IT and AV teams the tools they need to work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively, and support better learning and meeting experiences,” said Iain Horrocks, product marketing manager for software and security at Sennheiser.
Initially, DeviceHub will support Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Bar Solutions and will be expanded to work with additional devices throughout 2026.
